Fee Guide
Fees are payable with the application, and a receipted invoice will be produced with the report. Reports are sent by Email to the Client OR the Architect and the application should therefore include an Email address.
SAP 2005 – New Dwellings
- For producing the Design Report and, if a PASS is achieved, a PEA Notice for each small/medium sized new dwelling (under 300m² and not more than 2 storey) at Completion stage, £150.00, larger dwellings from £225.00.
- Multiple housing will be discounted ie terraced housing same orientation will only incur 1 x type at £150 + £15 admin repeat. EG a row of 7 terraced same design will be 3 types (2 end + 1 mid) at £150 = £450 and 4 repeats at £15 each = total of £510.00.
- For producing the Report and Display Notice for each small/medium new dwelling, and suggesting design alterations to produce a PASS for Building Regulation purposes and CO2 emissions,
£225.00 per dwelling. Larger dwelling from £260.
SAP 2001 – Conversions into dwellings
- For producing an PEA for each new dwelling, including a survey on a local site, £250, sites not local will incur a mileage surcharge.
- As (3) above plus suggestions for improved ratings £300.
- PEA and EPC from drawings from £150.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for New Domestic Dwellings
Including compulsory lodgement with the Government’s Database £25 when we have carried out the EPC report. EPCs are valid for 10 years.
ISBEM – Commercial Buildings
For producing the Report and Energy Performance Certificate for each commercial building, from £450.00 for a single storey building, and a further £250.00 for each additional floor.
For producing the Report and Energy Performance Certificate for each property, and suggesting design alterations to produce a PASS for Building Regulation purposes and CO2 emissions, from £150 per building, + from £55.00 per hour
Building Regulations Approved Document L1b 2006 – Extensions to dwellings
Part L1b extensions to dwellings (mostly ‘sun rooms’) calculations from £195.00. We guarantee a pass, but may require some upgrade to thermal elements. This service is normally necessary following a request from Building Control for calculations.
